Nose: Mossy green vegetal notes with a smoked mocha hint along with white pepper, fennel, green herbs and subtle sherry soaked sultana and earthy smoke. Palate: Green fig, salty lime, peppery spice, smoked nutty nougart, aniseed, sooty vanilla. Finish: Green peppers, fennel, smoked mincemeat, sooty sherry, mossy coastal notes. Great complexity for a 3 year old, well balanced mix of Bourbon & Sherry cask and distillery character working in unison.
