With reverence to the great distilleries of the Highlands, we humbly offer you a Scotch whisky that’s not just made where and how Scotch whisky of old was made, but also made from the ingredients that one would find in these celebrated Scotch whiskies. By combining a distilling tradition that reaches back at least five centuries and ingredients that are derived naturally, Highland Harvest stands unique. A union of three fine single malts, Highland Harvest is made from pure, natural, unaltered malted barley and pure Scottish Highland water. Highland Harvest is aged for at least 9 years in oak to bring out the slightly sweet, complex flavor that the Highland region of Scotland is famed for. It at once pays homage to the distilling traditions of old, and celebrates how something very new, the USDA Organic certification, can denote the highest possible quality. It is adorned with both the USDA Organic Seal and the Royal Warrant of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, not to mention the accolades of Scotch Whisky aficionados and juried tastings the world over.
