At this temperature the wine truly reveals its heady aromatics and beautifully balanced palate of citrus and honey, allowing the incredible richness, balance and intensity in the finish to linger pleasantly. If kept in the refrigerator, take out 15-20 min before serving and you will be richly rewarded. Very balanced and smooth!! it was amazing. Does not taste like mead at all. I was really surprised. Very hard to find though.
