Like original CiROC vodka, CiROC COCONUT is made using fine French grapes that are cold fermented (not unlike fine wines) and distilled five times the fifth distillation in a pot still, a process normally reserved for the creation of fine whiskey or brandy. The vodka is then carefully blended with all-natural ingredients a unique balance of coconut and other tropical fruit essences to create an exceptionally smooth new liquid.
Born from generations of wine makers and distillers dating back to the 15th century, Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, the Master Distiller of CiROC has the art of distilling in his veins. Jean-Sebastian is based in Villevert, France in the renowned wine region of Bordeaux. His distillery, Maison Villevert, has been in his family for over 500 years.
Jean-Sebastien earned his Oenology diploma in 1988, and a Masters in Law, Economics and Management of the Wine Industry in 1990. He combined his distilling expertise and his skill as an oenologist to create CiROC Ultra-Premium Vodka in 2003. Jean-Sebastian has been recognized by the Great Council of Bordeaux Wines as Commandeur de Bordeaux, in acknowledgement of his resolve for high quality, superior and honest products.
BRAND HERITAGE AND DISTILLATION PROCESS
Unlike most vodkas, which are made from grain, CiROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is gluten-free and distilled from fine French grapes; a process inspired by over a century of wine-making expertise and craftsmanship. It is the fine French grapes and the fifth distillation at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France that give CiROC Ultra-Premium Vodka a distinctive flavor with an exceptionally fresh, citrus taste.
The CiROC Ultra-Premium Vodka distillation process ensures the best possible flavor. While all Vodka is distilled, CiROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is distilled five times. Fine French grapes are specially selected for harvest and made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CiROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France.
