\n\u25cf 3 crushed candy canes (or several crushed peppermint candies)
\n\u25cf \u00bc cup melted chocolate chips
\n\u25cf 1 bottle of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling white wine
\n\u25cf 6 oz peppermint schnapps
\n\u25cf 6 whole candy canes<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or in a double boiler. Take care not to overdo it, or the chocolate may burn. If microwaving, work in 10-second increments.
\n\u25cf Arrange the crushed candy canes on a shallow plate or dish.
\n\u25cf Dip six champagne flutes first in the melted chocolate and then in the crushed candy canes to coat the rims. Set aside.
\n\u25cf Add one ounce of peppermint schnapps to each champagne flute.

\n\u25cf Lemon slice

\n\u25cf Bring water to a gentle simmer over low heat in a small saucepan.
\n\u25cf In the meantime, add bourbon to a mug along with lemon juice and honey.
\n\u25cf Stir the ingredients in the mug gently to combine.
\n\u25cf When the water is heated through and simmering, pour it over the ingredients in the mug and stir well to combine again.
\n\u25cf Garnish with lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
\n\u25cf Serve warm.

\n\u25cf 14 oz canned unsweetened coconut milk
\n\u25cf 8 oz triple sec
\n\u25cf 2 cups ice
\n\u25cf \u00bd cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
\n\u25cf 1 lime sliced into rounds
\n\u25cf Coarse sugar
\n\u25cf Lime wedge
\n\u25cf Cranberries (fresh or frozen)<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf In a blender, combine tequila, coconut milk, triple sec, ice, and lime juice.
\n\u25cf Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
\n\u25cf Rub the rims of six glasses with the lime wedge.
\n\u25cf Dip the glasses into the coarse sugar to coat the rims.
\n\u25cf Pour the drinks evenly into each of the six glasses and garnish with the lime wheels and cranberries.
\n\u25cf Serve while it\u2019s still cold, before it has a chance to start melting.<\/p>\nMistletoe Margarita<\/strong><\/h2>\n
\n\u25cf \u00bc cup granulated sugar
\n\u25cf \u00bd cup whole fresh or frozen\/thawed cranberries
\n\u25cf 1 lime wedge
\n\u25cf 2 tbsp kosher salt
\n\u25cf 2 cups cranberry juice
\n\u25cf 8 oz triple sec<\/a>
\n\u25cf 12 oz silver tequila
\n\u25cf \u00bd cup and 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
\n\u25cf 12 cups ice
\n\u25cf Fresh mint leaves<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf Add cranberries to a small bowl along with 1 tbsp of lime juice.
\n\u25cf Toss the cranberries to coat, then drain excess juice.
\n\u25cf Return the cranberries to the bowl and toss with 2 tbsp sugar to coat well.
\n\u25cf Spread evenly in a single layer over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to allow the cranberries to dry.
\n\u25cf Place the remaining sugar and the salt on a shallow plate or dish and mix with a fork.
\n\u25cf Rub the lime wedge over each of 8 glasses, then dip the glasses in the salt and sugar mixture to coat the rims.
\n\u25cf In a blender, combine cranberry juice, triple sec, tequila, remaining lime juice, and ice, and blend on high until smooth. You may need to do this in several batches if your blender isn\u2019t large enough to hold everything at once. If so, make sure you work in proportional batches.
\n\u25cf Pour the drink into the prepared glasses and garnish with the mint leaves. Add two or three sugar cranberries into each drink for an extra garnish as well as more flavor.<\/p>\nHot Buttered Rum<\/strong><\/h2>\n
\n\u25cf 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
\n\u25cf 4 tbsp softened (room temperature) butter
\n\u25cf \u00bd tsp ground cinnamon
\n\u25cf \u00bd cup softened (room temperature) vanilla ice cream
\n\u25cf 1 cup rum
\n\u25cf 2 cups apple cider<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf Add butter and brown sugar to a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy and airy.
\n\u25cf Add ice cream and cinnamon, and beat again to combine everything.
\n\u25cf Pour this mixture into a mason jar or other similar container.
\n\u25cf Chill in the freezer for 2 hours or longer to harden.
\n\u25cf When you\u2019re ready to serve, heat cider over low in a small saucepan until boiling. Stir occasionally.
\n\u25cf When boiling, remove cider from heat and pour into a heat-resistant pitcher.
\n\u25cf In each of four mugs or serving glasses, add 2 tbsp of frozen buttered rum batter.
\n\u25cf Fill 1\/3 of the way with rum in each mug<\/a>.
\n\u25cf Pour over hot apple cider to melt batter and finish the drink.
\n\u25cf Stir gently, then serve warm.<\/p>\n
